77sh reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; (c) a User has provided false or misleading registration information; or (d) regulatory obligations require such action.
77sh accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱) through the following approved channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. 77sh does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfers.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in real time. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking business day. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name and registered in the Philippines. Deposits made from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or payment methods not verified through KYC may be returned and the associated account suspended. 77sh may conduct source-of-funds checks in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AMLA) obligations.
Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible. KYC must be fully verified before any withdrawal is approved. Bonus credit amounts and any active rollover requirements must be satisfied before real money funds become withdrawable in accordance with Section 6.
Bonuses and promotional offers made available by 77sh are subject to individual promotion terms. 77sh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active rollover at the time of change.
All games available on the 77sh platform are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game and the applicable game provider's technical documentation. The Operator's decisions regarding game outcomes, bet settlements, and technical malfunctions are final and binding, except where such decisions are found to be inconsistent with applicable PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
The minimum bet across 77sh games is ₱20 per wager, unless a higher minimum is specified within a particular game or table. Maximum bet limits are determined on a per-game and per-account basis and are displayed within the game interface.

The Operator's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that User's 77sh wallet at the time the cause of action arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
You may request closure of your 77sh account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (net of active bonus rollovers) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing period. Pending bets placed before the closure request will be settled and included in the final balance calculation.
77sh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in circumstances including: material breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC; receipt of a regulatory instruction; or conduct posing a risk to the integrity of the platform. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number on record, or through a prominent notice on the platform, no less than seven (7) calendar days before the revised Terms take effect.
Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in Philippine law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements — may take effect immediately upon publication.
